Other Info not showing in Orders

WE have just implemented an prompt question for a product. It is displaying OK but the response is not coming back to the order
I have looked in both Misc tab and by expanding the order line under line items and no joy.
Can anyone advise - do I need to change anything in the layouts.... Or where else might the information be?

Problem resolved - was an issue with non-selling products in catalog.
