If you have a support contract (Cover for .....) but this is mainly technical as opposed to design issues, but under cover they do try and assist in this area well.. Apart from that, making changes to designs is a self learn affair or get a developer to do the work for you with a proper design etc, each have merits and many self help sites turn into great sites, but takes time with many explaining they have spent months and months and sometimes years getting to what they want, but happy for having done it... others want it now and thus take on a developer to do it.
