I would like to find a way to attach certain account customers orders to the sales person who originally signed up the account, and then use this data to calculate their commision. (We pay commission on both the initial order and any subsequent orders placed by the customer.)
I had thought it might be possible to set up an account customer group for each of our sales staff and then put their customers into these groups.
However I can't see anyway of running a report to extract the level of sales based on customer groups.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.
