Add country to list

Hi there

When my customers go to the checkout they are presented with a screen that shows there purchases and two pull down menus, one with a bunch of countries listed and the other is for select states, we trade in New Zealand and Australia, how can I can these countries added to the list, Not a biggie I know but I'm getting tried of answering clients emails who cant click on the None of the Above option

Settings / Locations. Au and NZ are usually already in the list and you can move them to the top to make them more prominent. Or you can delete unwanted countries.

Cheers Norman, but I’ve been there and still can not change the countries listed in this screen, make a dumbie purchase yourself, www.thebridalshop.co.nz

For countries to appear they have to be defined in the Shpping options.

See Settings / Business Settings / Zone/CLass Tables / Zone/Class Configuration.

You have to right-click there and set up an appropriate Zone and Class(es).
