I notice that an Advanced User Guide is referenced in some posts - where can I download this? I've searched the Knowledge Base without any luck...

It's a pity there isn't enough room at the top next to the KB link for this, it would sit perfectly (and helpfully) up there. Oh hang on a minute, there is enough room, we could actually fit a small village up there. As Donna always says, common sense isn't that common .
