Cart contents discounting - one line on invoice

I've set-up some 'Cart Contents' discounts which are all working fine, except that on the invoice it show the discount under each product.

Is there a way to show the discount in one line at the bottom, just as if you have used 'Order Level' discounting.

I've ticked the box 'Cart Contents at end of Cart' - any other ideas please?

By playing about with the Miscellaneous setting in Discount and Surcharge Settings I've got the discounts listed at the bottom of the shopping cart page but it still prints the invoice with the discounts listed under each item?

Which unfortunately means nearly every invoice is now two or three pages long!

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

i have requested this a number of times, its a right PITA, i use a modified dataentry one, but you will need to contact someone about this. Jan at moleend can do this for, not sure what she will charge
