W3C validating

We are told that the code on our web site should conform to W3C standards but Actinic does not appear to do so.

I have taken out my alterations and uploaded a standard template 'Works Best With Curves' and this produces 17 errors.

Can anyone advise how I can get rid of these errors?

You can't it's not possible. Been discussed many times on the forum before, search for further details. Actinic has its own non-compliant tags that have to be used basically, so compliance is a pipe dream and makes no difference anyway. Forget this dream, many have died trying before you, not one has succeeded and they never will.

Please note that the tags which fail compliance are ignored by all browsers. So they make utterly no difference in the real world.
