View Cart - Save / Retrieve

Hi all,

We have a couple of actinic sites, and on one the Save Cart / Retrieve Cart buttons show on the View Cart page, but on the other one you only get the option to Update and Return to Catalog.

I've checked the code and it is identical, so is there anywhere else I might have been daft and turned these off (either by mistake or on purpose and forgotten about it!).
