If i wanted to add a 'link page' to my site, somehwere i could just add associates for back linking, what would be the best way to go about it?

There are several ways - the favoured method is to create a brochure page and add a fragment for each of the links you want to create ... use the "links" tab to enter the URL of the site you are linking to.
