v9.0.5 Bug - HTML in Fragment Name

Just come across a bug in 9.0.5, while trying to fix an issue with Fragment Layout being shown twice on the Layout tab.

If you set the fragment layouts to 'Use Parent' and then change the Parent layout, a fragment with HTML tags in the name will not update.

Eg. Using a fragment called Text Only (Use Parent), change the Parent fragment layout to Image Only - the fragment with HTML tag in its name - <s>Protx</s> Sage Pay - (I know its an old method, but works effectively) - all fragments change to 'Use Parent(=Image Only), but the fragment with HTML tags in the name remain 'Use Parent (=Text Only)'.

I am unable to replicate this in my copy of v905. Is this reproducible every time for you? If yes, could you send me your site snapshot for further investigation?
