I am trying to import all our sage products and cutomers into an actinic site so they can buy all out products online at the specific prices. We have 4 price bands A, B, C, D using the quantity discount feature set to 1, different customers are assigned to a different band however some customers have a special fixed price assigned for an item for example group C gets 20% off.
say a product costs £100 then group C would be priced at £80. However one customer in group c has a special price of £50 defined in pricing structure on sage so he should then get his group C discount off £50 so £40. This seems to work on some of our products but not other and im not really sure why can anyone give me any tips or anything i should look out for to try and get this working?
