Contact Page image upload button

Hi,

I need to add a image upload button (the browse button) to the contact page on the site listed below.
http://www.wheelrefurbish.co.uk/get-a-quote.html

This is so customers can send us a photo of their wheels that need refurbishing, so we can give them a quicker response.
We need it to be received in the email that is sent using formmail.
I have been looking for a while now and can't seem to find the correct thing.
Can anyone help?
