Hi,

Just a general question. If you are creating a template in Dreamweaver where do you point the initial site folder to?

I have a local site folder where I have created an "acatalog" folder but when I register a design with Actinic and copy over the pages into the Site 1 folder in Actinic when i upload to the server I keep getting messages about duplicated file names.

Rather than creating a site folder to work on a design outside Actinic for example on a D:/ drive should i be pointing Dreamweaver into the Site1 folder within Actinic instead?

Point dreamweaver to the site folder.

You don't need an acatalog folder in there, that sits on the server, not the desktop, delete that.

Put your html and css file in the site folder and when you go to register, read the large warning that comes up on screen, if you've done what that says, then no problem.

The inbuilt help on the DW integration is also very good and worth a read.
