Demo Mode Removal

Hi, i have a new website set uo through v9 but it won't let me remove the demo mode on the orders side.... and its driving me mad, any thoughts?

yes, the site is current and uploaded. if i try to upgrade it gives me my current key, but still demo

It sounds like you are using Actinic Designer. You need to use Catalog or Business Client. Your designer uses Actinic Designer to build the site, then buys a client license for deployment.
