    VAT problemin Sage Link after upgrade to 9.0.4

    I have upgraded to 9.0.4 and I am getting the following error message now when I try to export to Sage using the Sage Link. Anyone know what means? I wish it was in English. Actinic cannot resolve it.

    "Sage Tax Code for Actinic Tax Name 1
    Actinic Tax Name 2
    Actinic Tax Rate 2: 15%
    Actinic Tax Rate 2
    cannot be found in the tax grid. Please update your profile."

    Does no one have an answer for this. Actinic support cannot help it seems either.

      If you open Actinic to Sage link or other way round check by edit profile that you have entered data into the tax section, sometimes when I upgrade the link to lattest it fXXXs up the link profiles

        Hi Ken

        AFAIK this error usually comes if the taxes grids defined within Actinc and the Link Profile dont match you (.i.e.) what is wihtin Business Settings | Taxes and Profile | Tax Codes are different, if you can email screenshots of both those tabs to kcsupport/at/actinic/dot/co/dot/uk I'll see if I can find anything amiss.

            Hi all.

            Problem has been resolved. It was caused by the changes made to the data during the upgrade. The word VAT was not filled in on the orders.csv file against tax code 1 on 3 of the orders.

              Hi Ken - I have been trying to reply to your earlier email but the system won't let me and they keep bouncing back.

              So - has this stopped happening with your orders?

              I have to send Snapshots every now and again to Support to fix the orders - apparently the Development Team are looking into it. If you have fixed yours I would like to let the guy I have been talking to at Support know!
