Free gift with order

Hi
I would like to offer a free gift with online orders over £20 but can't make it work! The gift will be randomly selected by us.

In Discounts - Order Level I have set up a new item. Under the General tab I have selected "based on cart value" and amount. Requires coupon code - I've added "freekit"

Triggers - cart value £20.

I am obviously missing something as it does not show in the basket. Can someone help please?

Done that! Just placed an offline order. Item (value over £20) shows but no free gift!

Under "Triggers" I have added .01p in the amount and it now seems to work! Not sure why but at least I can run my offer.

For future reference, does there have to be an amount entered to make a voucher code work?
