Extended info image

i was under the impression when you turn on the popout page feature the large picture is activated. so when my customer clicks on the enlarge image on the product it will show the large image. its not doing this. if i add the large image into the 'other views' image1_largest section it works fine. but i dont want to have to do this to 400 individual products!

any suggestions?

To view a larger image on an extended info page, you need to add the image for it to use on the extended info tab. How will it know what to use otherwise?

the large image info is where it needs to be, within the extended information section. im refering to when a cusotmer clicks on the enlarge image, i was under the impression it read from the extended image section?

An image shows on the extended info page when defined and you have an extended info layout selected that shows an image. If you have added an image and it is not showing, then check the extended info layout being used, it's probably broken. Someone has made some changes for sure as "enlarge image" is not a standard option. You'd "enlarge" an image by opening up the extended info page which contains a larger version of the image.
