another qty / % discount problem with SPP & components

Hi,

I am trying to set up discounts on a product group so

buy 2 get 5% off
buy 3-10 8% etc.

I have my discounts set up but no matter how many products are in the cart, only the 5% discount is applied. Any suggestions on how to get round this?

A previous thread referred to altering prices in the individual product pricing section but for these particular products there are components & they dictate the price, product price is set as 0 so there doesn't seem to be the facility to manually set a qty based discount.

Any suggestions greatfully receivied (I have v.9 business plus by the way)

Can you provide a screenshot so we can see what you have setup?

Hi Christina

I am assuming you have the discounts set up in ascending order. For the triggers to be picked up correctly, you will need to arrange them in descending order, so the highest trigger will be first in the list and so on. Actinic will check them in the reverse order and apply the suitable one. Hope this helps.
