    Disappearing Bookmarks

    Is it just me or do the bookmarks in the code view disappear when you apply the changes?

    If that's correct what's the point in them?

    and also why can't (or is it just me again) actinic remember where I was on the page when I do a refresh of the site, I'm testing locally so refreshing/publishing can be done a few times a minute. To me it seems to send me to some random place and sometime not even on the same page....it's very annoying!

    Regarding your first point - you are correct Actinic does appear to clear the code bookmarks. I don't actually use them, but can appreciate you annoyance.

    I'm not sure I fully understand the second part of your post, and to be honest the upload can take so long sometimes that I've forgotten where the cursor was anyway.

      Just to try and clarify my 2nd point...

      I've set my (redeveloped) site up so I have next to no data in it and having a local 'test' server here make the uploads v fast, under 10 seconds for a full refresh, so granted it's not a problem people will notice in the regular day to day running of actinic.

      Anyway whilst fiddling with the code in the code window you would think the cursor should be on the same line of code you were working on prior to the refresh...but it's not, it's off somewhere randomly looking at placed that has no relation to the bit you were working on.

      I'm just sick of Actinic working against me...

        I understand what you mean now - and yes it does that to me too - although as you say when I upload it's not an issue for me.

          This is a known bug and only occurs when previewing from the code window - which I do all the time so is pigging annoying.
