OCCProcessor.fil

I'm having problems updating the site. The error message is that

Access to ........\CommonOCC\Output\OCCProcessor.fil was denied.

Looking at other similar threads it is suggested that an Output folder needs to be created. This is however in place with OCCProcessor.fil in it. My error message also differs as access is denied rather than path not found.

Dowloads of orders and ordering are working fine.

Any ideas please?

Problem solved. I removed the tick for read only on the file and it has uploaded successfully. Not sure why the permission had changed but pleased the panic is over!
