Order emails

Hi,

Can anyone advise on how to create a link on the automated order emails?

I want to send a customer satisifaction email from the catalog with a link to a site survey i've created.

Can't seem to work out the syntax to use..

You can edit the customer emails in the Design tab by selecting the relevant page type.
You can include a variable containing the link or hard code it.

It won't be clickable though as the emails are only text, it will need cutting and pasting into the browser address bar by the recipient.

In Outlook 2003 properly formed links are clickable even if sent in a text email from actinic.

eg http://www.yourdomain.co.uk

Is this not normal behaviour these days?

Many thanks, I have added a few words and a link in the email to the feedback page, I just need to hope they are using outlook 2003 or newer lol.

Happy to confirm that the text emails do have clickable links - we link to our T&Cs and Privacy pages this way. And no, we don't use Outlook.
