Problems printing packing lists and invoices to pdf

Hello people,

Hope you are all well. I just tried to print a packing list and an invoice to pdf (like I usually do) and I got the following error:

Error in File C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\Invoices.rpt:
Request cancelled by the user.

Can anyone help?

Two things to check first:
1. Can you print any other documents to pdf?
2. Can you print the packing list and invoice to a standard printer?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes I can print to pdf from other programs. No I cannot print to a paper printer from Actinic (same error).

this is the same message yo would get if your print spooler fails or a network printer is offline - actinic messages are not very helpful. then again very little software error messages mean anything.

Have you restarted the print spooler or pc?
