    Have i uploaded properly?

    i may be flapping for nowt but i'd rather ask . . . . . . .

    started publishing the site, it seems like 2 hours ago, it didn't come up with the box that shows the progress like it normally does and if i bring the program (actinic) up the egg timers just blinking away but i don't know where it's up to?

    i've gone into the parallels control panel and it says the domain status is online but i cant see it yet? (actinic is the host btw)

    Close it, open it up and press refresh again. The window is not hidden when it's doing something useful.

      it's just doing the same . . . i thought i might have covered it by moving one of the panes or something but i can move them around and click into products in the tree and normally i can't do that when it's publishing, or at least i don't think i've ever been able to?

          has the DNS propagated?

            no nothing so far . . . . message i got off difficultspace was that it may take up to 48 hours for the records to change and i think that was just for the changes to the 'a' records . . . . could be wrong, was a bit lost with it tbh lol

            i've only ever ftp'd a holding page before and some snapshot files to actinic cos of the mail problem so if it works it'll be the equivalent of neil armstongs giant leap for me lol
