    Stock Level reducing by 2

Does anyone know what Actinic uses to reduce the stock in hand level when an item is bought?

My problem is that if I have 5 of Product1 in stock then I sell 1 of them, Actinic thinks I only have 3 left. This happens about 90% of the time but I can't see why some orders work correctly. I have tried with and without 'Allocate Stock for PSP Pending orders' and it doesn't seem to make any difference.

If I look at the orderdetail table in Access then the QuantityOrdered is correct for each order.

Are there any other tables I should be looking at?

Perhaps stock is being allocated to PSP pending?

Edit: Switching off 'Allocate Stock for PSP Pending orders' stops manual orders from taking 2 items off the stock in hand but it also stops anything being taken off the stock in hand figure for normal PSP orders even after I have completed the order.

Can you give an example of a product on your site that this happens with, do you see the same behaviour for online and offline orders?

We are mainly doing offline orders at the moment so it certainly happens there, there are a few online orders to download in the morning so I will see what happens

Fingers crossed it seems to be working again now.

We processed several orders this morning taken over the web and the stock was reduced correctly, two offline orders were done later and they both worked. I will keep my eye on it to see if it continues to work.
