    Ammending script so order received email doesn't get sent for psp-orders...

    Hi all, just had a thought of possibility to amend the script so Receipt email and order itself as PSP-Pending would not be sent when customer using browsers BACK button to comeback from PayPal?

    its very annoying and we have to officially cancel all duplicate (psp-pending) orders, printing "0" value invoices and then deleting... not mentioning that customer gets confused as well by receiving 2 emails with different order numbers...

    BTW is anyone else getting this?

    Also, how comes after selecting address from postcode anywhere the company name disappears? is it just me, or anyone else getting this?

    Any help, mind or thought would be highly appreciated!

    This shouldn't be happening. The email is only supposed to be sent when the customer gets to the receipt page and they shouldn't get there with the back button.

    I know the 'new order received' email will be sent but there shouldn't be any customer emails.

    have you tried to confirm this is happening?

    PS. yes. The order gets generated at hand over to the psp. Not too much that can be done about that really. You often want that anyway so if a customer doesn't pay for whatever reason you have their details and can follow up.

        thanks guys for your time, I can confirm, that email doesn't get sent out to customer while he is going back and forth between paypal and my site.

        this was my mistake. apologies.
