Problem with putting a payment through...

an anyone help with this error that we get prirodicaly when trying to post a payment within Actinic:

There was a problem with the database

Operation: Updating the [PaymentHistory] table where OrderNumber = 20999 sorted by DateTimeActioned DESC, DateTimeCreated DESC

The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

Suggest if you could contact Actinic support through phone (0845 129 4848) if you have a cover contract or through email support , so that they can take a look at your site Database and see what could be causing this issue.
