I have spent all afternoon trying to solve this problem. Up until now I have been able to export my data in hierarchical format, make changes to that file and then import it again. Now although I can export I can no longer import. The file exists and I have also tried just to import the sample hierarchical file and get the same message.
both import/export text-comma delimited and ansi and the import is to replace.
the message is "A problem occured when trying to open the file".
Please check the file and filename and make sure that it isn't open in another program (e.g. excel) and try again.
the path and filename are correct so please can someone point me in the right direction?
I am also getting the whole system hanging when I try and export with the message when I cancel of "an invalid argument was found". I get round this by coming into actinic and going back in and using a different filename to export and import
