Weird Error

I get this:

Error in condition (The 'In Test Mode' variable has been placed within the 'Standard Meta Tags' layout, but it won't work there. Click here to go to the code).

It sends me to this code (which I haven't intentionally changed)

Everything seems fine with the site but nevertheless...

Any suggestions?

The block code was put in to stop a search engine indexing a test site.

Not by me it wasn't. I asusmed it's something Actnic put in from the start.

Think I'll just delete it :-)
