Delivery note / Customise Invoices

Hi all.
Now the website is getting busier, coming up to Christmas no doubt I would like to alter the upper layout of the invoices to fit into a standard "Documents Enclosed" sticky envelope for the parcels when folded.

Just something like the customer name and address on the left and sent by on the right. I've looked through the forums but not found anything that will help. Any suggestions where to look?

The reports can be modified using Crystal Reports v8.5.

Thanks for that, are you saying that using Crystal Reports is the only way to change the layout of the invoice doc?
