    Sidebar text fragment

Do you know if it is possible to put a text fragment in the right or left sidebar of the CleanLayout14 theme?

I've managed to get the html in there by coding it in direct, but I'd rather do this via a text only fragment.

Have you considered creating a custom variable and putting that in there? You could then set it up so that the text fiel is editted in Site Options perhaps?

        Cheers

The teclan plug in looks like it may do in the most flexible way.

Is there not a built in easy way in actinic to put fragments into the side bars?

You could create custom variable of file content type and insert it in the sidebar, then change the info by changing the content of the text file.

            Thanks all,

All food for thought, but just inserting the html in the page seems more straight forward on the surface. Thought there may be something simple I was missing such as the fragments placed onto the main area.
