probably a simple question....adding new links to my navigation

Hi there My actinic is very rusty, but i'm helping a friend build a site, I need to add to my top navigation bar under 'home' a new link to a page called 'tweed history'. Can anyone tell me how to add this easily? I'm not a coder, and the thought of delving into the code is scary!
At the moment, I have (using smart theme) :
[home] [more pages] [dresses] [products] [login], I would like to add the links:
[tweed history] and [measuring], can someone tell me an easy way to do this?
    Many thanks!

Steve, I don't often do this, but there is lots of information on this already in the forum.

Spend 5-10 mins searching and there will be lots of info for you. There are even a couple of recent threads that cover some of the information you require.
