    Big White Space

Please can someone spot what's wrong? There s a big white space above main content in IE but not FF or Chrome.

I have tried lots of things but nothing's working.

    Anyone feeling charitable?

    Thanks a million

Looks to me like your text is breaking the layout. Take a look at the div/tables in that area and see how the widths are specified would be my first port of call.

      Thanks Rich
In fact the moment I posted it I had a flash of inspiration. It is usually width issues with IE and I was *html-ing different paddings to no avail.
Problem was this. Although I design with css Actinic uses a lot of table based stuff, so I place INNERLAYOUT in a table. The width was 100%. The containing divs contained it in FF and Chrome but not in IE. I made the width fixed (750px on this occassion) and all was well. Just for anyone's interest there are other div containing issues addressed at http://www.positioniseverything.net/easyclearing.html
      Cheers everyone!
