Several of our customers customers are having problems checking out.
When they enter their postcode (UK) during checkout, Actinic tells them that they are not in the UK and will not let them continue. All the users are UK based with UK invoice/delivery addresses.
The only thing I can think of, is their IP is non UK. Would this cause a problem and can it be solved? I have contacted the support team with no luck. Any ideas?
