Setting a password

Hi,
Probably very easy to set up - but can't find details in the help section. How do you password protect the Actinic Catalog software? (For example to prevent someone opening it if they steal my laptop). Change password is greyed out on my copy.....

Enable the login feature in business settings and it will then show the change password option in the settings menu.

It is when you know where it is and it is not the most obvious. This should really be promoted to a higher level menu.
