Javascript error sections undefined

Hi, I am trying to add the navigation as a bullet list, so that I can format in css, and so that as new sections are added to the store, the links are generated within actinic, so seamless.

The problem is, I am using this one:

But, when I follow the guide and copy and paste into the design, it throws up an error straight away.

I am getting a javascript error saying sections undefined? What do I do??

I fixed the error. I was upgrading the site from earlier version and quite a few things get left. I noticed the yahoo style, which I gather is from the older versions, I removed that code, and replaced it with the other code, and it works fine now. So thought post this up in case anyone else encountered this issue.
