LINK target

A client has a string of fragments with [LINK]s to make a Links Page

Viewing source Actinic has added target="self"
ie:
<a href="http://www.mothscount.org" target="_self">

if you add target="blank" after the url in the link box you get
<a href="http://www.mothscount.org" target="_blank" target="_self">
and it don't work!

How can I make her links be target="blank"?

Have a look under design --> text --> Goto Phase: -1 ID: 2058

That should put you on the right track
