Sagepay orders not downloading

Its quite difficult to test the problem properly, as I am editing the site on behalf of a client who then downloads the orders

on a different machine?
Is it their machine which is getting this error, on downloading, or yours?
Theirs needs to have the same settings in the payment configuration as yours does
