Snapshot error

Hi

Could anyone advise me

We are running V9.0.5.0.0.0.jhza Business Plus

Trying to snapshot gives this error

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 679) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open the updated zip file C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\SiteBackups\Export.fpf has been caught.

I have looked or I think I have looked at everything in the forum regarding
snapshot errors and cant seem to fix it

can anybody help me on this

Did you search for the error "(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 679) - Archive error 5 "?

Looks like you'll need to repair the database:

Are you running any:

• back up software
• review software e.g. Codepath's Soapbox
• anything else which might be accessing the database

Something is getting in the way, and it's likely to be local.
