403 Forbidden - Top Nav

Hi,
I'm testing a new site but keep getting 403 Forbidden errors when using the top Nav (moving from basket to contact, basket to checkout, etc).

The site can be viewed at http://www.rgdesign-test.co.uk/makita/
The site in test mode at - http://www.rgdesign-test.co.uk/makita/acatalog/test/

All folders are set to 755.

Any suggestions

I have <actinic:variable name="BaseHref" /> within the head tag.
Everything looks fine here
