Web page outer layout - piece of code that controls columns?

Hi folks
I've just installed a plug-in from Teclan, ColumnFragments.acd -
Under Design > Library, Web page outer layout, i've opened the layout, i'm using where i'm supposed to insert the following code that controls my right hand colums:
<actinic:variable value="Right Column Fragments" name="teclanColumnFragments" />
Unfortunately, I cant seem to find the bit of code that does this Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Sorry,
I should have said...i'm supposed to insert the above code in the part that controls the display of the columns. I can't find the code to display the columns, to drop my code into.

You need to give more detail Anne Marie, remember we have no idea what your site looks like or what theme you are using. Your question without this info is like me asking you, what color carpet would go well with my sofa. A pure guess is the only thing at our disposal currently.

Wouldnt it be better to ask Teclan?
