    Producing Marketing Lists

    Hi,

I am trying to produce a marketing list export to Excel from the customers within Actinic. However, no matter what selections I make in terms of date range, exclusions, no exclusions, select from all orders (including purged), the list comes up with approx. 180 email addresses and names - the should be several thousand on the list.

Could it be that the dbase search is timing out? Has anyone else had this problem?

Not sure if this will help you but you can extract the customer list with names and email addresses by using Excel and externally linking to the database.

In Excel go to Data - Import External Data - Import Data, browse to your database, select the table 'Customer' , and OK. You will then see a list of all the table contents.

Fields 'sAdministratorEmailAddress' and 'sAdministratorName' will be your useful ones I would expect.

Thanks for your reply, it turned out that the problem was caused by ticking the 'include purged orders' option. Very odd, but managed to extract it all now, thanks
