Are you sure it is nothing to do with the transfer to a new control panel that they announced (at very short notice) yesterday? I seem to remember some accounts may need a change of nameserver?

our control panel was changed about a month ago
there own website was hosted on the server that ours is and that was running slow
it is ok now
