setting up questionnaire for customers

Hi there

We are selling a product on our website that is meant only for people with a certain BMI and I need to set up a questionnaire in actinic 8 before they can add the product to their shopping cart. Does anyone know if this is possible?

If the questionnaire response is a simple line of text, use the Other Info field.

If the questionnaire is complex and does calculations, then you could write some JavaScript to do it and place the results into the Other Info field.
