Shopping cart pages gone wrong v8

The shopping cart pages and checkout pages have gone wrong.
I've not done anything with formatting or layout for a very long time so not sure what I've done to cause this.
Have done a full refresh and still not right

Any suggestions?

Everything looks fine in Design and page preview...

Thats weird!! I've just tried it on another machine and it looks fine.

What I'm seeing is missing images and stylesheet formatting wrong or missing

Have you cleared the browser cache?.
