Uploading The Site....

Hi all

I have finished building my Actinic site, made it look pretty and now i need to upload it. I have entered all my information in the network setup wizard and this has passed all the criteria when i test it.

I then clicked publish.....this was 4 hours ago! In the help section i realise this says it may take a while, but is this sort of upload time typical for a first-time publish? My mouse still has the loading pointer, so im assuming something is happening!

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated with this matter,

Close actinic down and start the upload again, sounds like a crash/freeze up has occurred. I'd expect your first upload to take no more than a few minutes.

How many products do you have?

There is a publish current page option which will just upload a single page which could be used for test purposes although I am unsure if this is suitable for a site not previously uploaded but might be worth a try if the full uploaded is failing.
