Hi There,

My client has to do lots of quotes for customers who don't want to spend lots of time adding things to the basket on the live site to see how much it is. He wondered if there was an add-on available a bit like the order off-line feature in Actinic V9 where he can send customers quotes? He has Actinic v9 Business.

Any help would be appreciated.

We have never found anything for large supply quotes we would love one, but currently we.

1 ) Get the customer to make up an order and use forward with cheque in the payment options, we get the order and can respond with an overall price.

2) Just do it in quickbooks and email direct from that package.

Why can't you use the offline order and send the customer a copy of the invoice created. Maybe set up a payment option "Quote", then when they're ready to order they can phone up give you the order number and payment details and you already have everything ready to go in Actinic?
