Customer just contacted me to ask why we had only shipped part of her order!!! When I looked I thought we had shipped the whole order!!!!
Further investigation and much confusion later. Customer had tried to order two items. Order received email confirms the two items ordered and the amount, we have copies sent to us so I know the customer wasn't lying.
When I look at the downloaded order there is no mention of the 2nd item anywhere and the payment that was made in HSBC links in with just the one item ordered?!
Any ideas? help!!
