Minimum order quantity

Hi,

Is there anyway of setting a minimum quantity value? I have a minimum order value and also stipulate on the website that the minimum order quantity is twelve but I want to enforce it.

I have done a search but cannot find anything recent or relevant.

Yes, I had seen that but thought that things may have changed since 2007.
