Editing the "Contact Us" page

How do I edit the caption at the top of the "Contact Us" page? The field I am particularly interested in editing is "MailFormHeader".

The contact us page can be selected from the drop down list on the design tab. Click on the caption, you will either see the text in the layout window below (window > restore split view layout if you don't see it) or it will be maintained within design > text if it is a variable. You can right click and select to edit text if it is in design > text.
