Lost 'Add To Cart' button - help!

    Hello,

I've lost my 'Add to Cart' button on a couple of products - can anyone tell me where they think it might have gone?

(To be truthful I'm coming to the website long after it has been built, so the 'Add to Cart' button may never have been there in the first place.)

I think the problem is due to using drop-down menu to specify the different size of each item for sale. We also two sets of prices (trade and retail) which I think is complicating matters further.

This is the page I'm working on: http://www.flooringsales.co.uk/acatalog/Sawing.html

I need to add 'Add to Cart' buttons for:

    Festool Fine Tooth Saw Blade
    Festool Panther Saw Blade
    Festool Circular Saw Blade

    on the above page.

    I'm using Actinic 8.

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Cheers,

Make sure that "can be ordered online" is ticked on the product itself and that stock monitoring is not on which could stop it. Change one of the problem products to use a product layout that is showing an add to cart button (on another product), so that you can confirm whether it is a setting or a layout problem. If a layout problem, then i guess the add to cart part is missing. You may also have hide prices to retail set.

Select a product that is showing the button, and fine toothcomb it to find the difference.

Stuart, there should be no reason, in a standard actinic layout, that the add to cart button does not display.

Have these product been editted recently?

Does doing a website "Refresh" solve the problem?

If a recent change is not the cause could you post the product layout code for us to look at?

Check that the stock levels are higher than the 'Suspend Order if Below' values in the stock tab of the products in question if stock monitoring is turned on for these products.

I notice that the only products effected are products with options in a drop-down list so if the problem is not stock level related you will need to examine the layouts to work out why it is missing.

Thanks to everyone for their support on this one.

I'm slightly ashamed to admit that I was missing something that seems all too obvious in retrospect.

In the 'Prices' tab, the box that enables the Retail prices to be enabled wasn't ticked...

Thanks to leehack for suggesting this solution.

            Cheers,
            Stuart
